3. How can I reserve a property?
Reserving a property is a straightforward process:
Step 1: Connect with one of our accredited real estate agents to select your preferred block and lot.
Step 2: Fill out and sign our standard Reservation Agreement Form.
Step 3: Submit a valid government-issued ID and pay the official reservation fee through our authorized payment channels (bank transfer, check, or online payment gateways).
Please note that reservation fees are non-refundable but will be deducted from your total down payment.
4. What documents are required for purchase?
To formalize your purchase, you will generally need to submit the following basic requirements within 30 days of reservation:
Completely filled-out and signed Buyer’s Information Sheet (BIS).
Photocopies of two (2) valid, government-issued IDs with signatures (for both spouses, if applicable).
Proof of Income (such as your latest Certificate of Employment, payslips, or Income Tax Return).
Proof of Billing Address (e.g., recent utility bills).
Tax Identification Number (TIN) verification.
